Chai Persimmon Oats

Makes 1 Bowl
Time: 5 Mins
Ingredients

150ml Almond/Oat Mylk
 40g Oats
1/4 TSP Cinnamon Powder
1/4 TSP Ginger Powder
1 Clove and 1 Green Cardomom Pod (ground into Powder using a Pestle and Mortar)
And a Pinch of Nutmeg
1 TBSP Coconut Sugar
1 Persimmon Fruit
2 TBSP 
Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
1 TBSP Granola

Method

Gently Heat Almond/Oat Mylk in a Saucepan with a mix of Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove, Cardamom and Nutmeg Powder and Coconut Sugar Whisking to Mix.
Add Oats and  simmer for 5 minutes until desired thickness.

Serve with
 @coconutcollab Vanilla Yogurt and  @qnolauk Cacao Quinoa Granola and Sliced Persimmon and a sprinkle of Cinnamon Powder and a Pinch of Coconut Sugar.
