Chocolate Chip Oaty Banana Bread

Makes approx 10 Slices
Time: 5-10 Mins Prep
​              60 Mins Bake
Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

2 and 1/4 Cups Oat Flour (ground up Oats)
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Bicarbonate of Soda
1/4 TSP Salt

Wet Ingredients 
3 Bananas (mashed)
1 Chia Egg (1 TBSP Chia Seeds mixed with 3 TBSP Water and set aside for minimum 15 mins)
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Melted Vegan Butter
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

Method
Preheat Oven to Gas Mark 4/350F/180C
Mix Dry Ingredients Seperately, making sure there are no flour clumps. 
Mix/Mash Wet Ingredients together, whipping thoroughly. 
Then pour Dry ingredients into Wet Batter and Mix Thoroughly together, making sure there are no dry clumps.
Pour into bread sized Baking Dish that’s been greased with vegan butter.
Optionally you can Cover with a banana sliced in half as per this picture and toss on a small handful of more chocolate chips. 
Pop into oven for 60 minutes.
When you take it out of the oven, let it set for at least an hour before slicing and eating
