Ingredients
One portion Pasta 1 TBSP Olive Oil 2 Cloves Garlic (sliced) 1/4 TSP Chilli Flakes 1 Cup Oyster Mushrooms 1 TBSP Vegan Cheese 1 TBSP Fresh Parsley 1 TSP Nutritional Yeast Smoked Salt and Black Pepper 1 TBSP Truffle Oil (optional) Method Boil Pasta In a separate pan, fry Garlic in Olive Oil till fragrant and add in Chilli Flakes Add in Mushrooms and Pan Fry till golden Add in Vegan Cheese and Melt. Then toss in Boiled Pasta with 1/2 cup Pasta Water and add Nutritional Yeast and Parsley Season with smoked salt and black pepper Garnish with a sprinkle of Breadcrumbs, some more Parsley, Black Pepper and Nutritional Yeast |
