Ham and Cheeze Rolls

Ingredients

Puff Pastry (I use @sainsburys)
Vegan Ham (I use @quorn_uk)
Vegan Cheese (I use @violife_foodsCheddar Shreds)
Vegan Mayo (I use @hellmannsukChipotle Mayo)

Method
​

Preheat Oven to Gas Mark 7/220C/425F
Roll out 5 inches of Puff Pastry
Spread 1 TBSP of Vegan Mayo on the dough and top with 3 Slices of Vegan Ham and then 1/2 Cup Vegan Cheese Shreds.
Roll tightly and cut into 1/2 inch pieces using Dental Floss criss crossing from underneath (trust me using a knife usually ends in disaster)
Brush with oil, plant milk or (the best choice) Aquafaba aka Chickpea Brine
Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes till cooked and bubbly and serve with English Mustard and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper.
