Mango Ginger Mocktail

Makes 1 Glass
Time: 5 Mins
Ingredients

1 Cup Coconut Water
3 Cubes Frozen Mango
1 TBSP Ginger Juice
1/2 Cup Soda Water
1 Slice Jalapeño
1 Slice Lemon for Garnish
Optional: Add a shot of Tequila in the serving glass first

Method

In a Blender, mix Coconut Water, Mango, Ginger Juice and Lemon Juice until combined. This will give the texture of a slushy.

In the serving Glass Muddle Lemon and Jalapeño a little to release the flavours and add your shot of Tequilla.

Add the Blended Mango Ginger Slushy and top with Soda Water.
Serve and Enjoy!

For extra oomph I lined the rim of the serving glass with a swipe of fresh lemon juice and pressed it upside down into a plate of Chilli Lime Salt (I used Tajin.)
