Marshmallow Butterscotch Popcorn

Makes 1 Bowl
Time: 5 - 10 Mins
Ingredients

1/2 TBSP Popcorn Kernels
1 TBSP Butterscotch Caramel (I used Natures Charm)
3 TBSP Vegan Butter
1/2 Cup Vegan Marshmallows (I used Freedom Mallows)

Method

In a large heavy bottomed pan toss in 2 TBSP of  Vegan Butter on medium heat and let it melt. When hot add in Popcorn Kernels and shake the pan so that the popcorn is coated in the butter and cover.
​Leave the popcorn to pop. It'll be loud and take a good 2 Minutes.

​In a Separate Bowl, put the remaining 1 TBSP Vegan Butter into the bowl and microwave till Melted. Then add in the Caramel and stir to mix.

When all the popcorn has been popped (it will stop making the popping sound), remove from heat into a bowl and pour the caramel butter into the bowl, coating all of the popcorn and gently and evenly. 
Top with Marshmallows and serve!
