Miso Butter Asparagus
Time: 10 Mins
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Vegan Butter
1 TBSP White Miso Paste
1/4 TSP Black Pepper
Melt Vegan Butter and transer to a bowl.
Add in Miso Paste and Whisk, slowly adding in Black Pepper and set aside.
In a pan over medium high heat Olive Oil. When hot add Asparagus and cook for 8-10 Mins shaking the pan every 2 mins.
Add the Miso Butter as you cook, reserving a TSP.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of the remaining sauce and add more Black Pepper to taste.
