Silken Tofu Salad with Miso Dressing

Serves: 2
Time: 5 Mins
Ingredients
Salad
2 Cups Mixed Greens
Silken Tofu
​
Dressing
1 TBSP White Miso
1 TBSP Water
1 TSP Grated Garlic
1 TSP Grated Ginger
1 TSP Sesame Oil
1/2 TSP Lemon Juice

Method
First make the dressing by adding all ingredients into a bowl and combine. If you would rather not have such an intense garlic flavour you can tone this down by omitting the garlic or roasting it beforehand.

Then plate with the Salad Leaves at the bottom, in the center on top add your silken tofu. Slice into Thin Slices and then add dressing on top. Sprinkle Sesame Seeds and Chopping Spring Onions on top and serve.
