1 TBSP Sesame Oil 1 TBSP Tamari 1 TBSP Vegetable Bouillon Powder (I used Mari Gold Swiss Veg Powder) 1 Can Coconut Milk 2 TBSP Red Curry Paste (I use 'Thai Taste' Paste as there is no fish or gluten in it) 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms 1 Sliced Spring Onion 1 Cup Tofu 3 Servings of Udon Noodles (Can sub with rice/buckwheat noodle of your choice if Gluten Sensitive/Intolerant) |
