Salted Caramel Pistachio Granola

Ingredients
1 Cup Vegan Condensed Milk/Caramel/Dulce de Leche 100g Oats 50g Pistachios 30g Melted Vegan Butter (or Coconut Oil) 25g Chia Seeds 20g Brown Sugar (or Coconut Sugar) 15g Puffed Quinoa 1/4 TSP Cinnamon (optional) A Pinch of Salt Method
Mix your dry ingredients first to spread evenly and then fold in the melted butter and then the melted Caramel/Condensed Milk Spread it out on a baking tray lined with Greaseproof Paper Roast for 45-60 mins fluffing it with a fork halfway through (depending on taste. At 60 mins it has a nice brown butter flavour but if you don’t like it too brown stick to 45 mins) And enjoy!
