Ingredients
Whip 1 200ml Can Coconut Milk 1 TSP Turmeric Powder 2 TSP Coconut Sugar Drink 1 Cup Non Dairy Mylk of Choice (I use Alpro Vanilla Soy Milk) 1/4 TSP Cinnamon Powder Method Put the Can of Coconut Milk in the fridge overnight (or for 2 hours minimum). When you remove the can from the fridge spoon out the cream, making sure to not include the water into a shallow bowl. There should be around 2 TBSP Coconut Cream coming out. Add Coconut Sugar and Turmeric Powder and Whip using a hand blender for 5 minutes or whisk by hand for 10 minutes. This will begin to resemble whipped cream. You can eat this like a dessert or continue below for a Dalgona Coffee Style beverage. To serve as a drink, put 3 cubes of ice in your glass and pour over with Mylk. Spoon your Turmeric Coconut Whip on top and sprinkle cinnamon powder over it and there you have it, a Vegan, Non-Dairy Turmeric Dalgona Drink! |
